📘 Root–Sprout Levels– ~3 hrs/day

Time 9:00–9:15

  • Recitation (poem, motto, proverb)
    • Repeat daily for memory work

Time 9:15–9:30

  • Phonics/Reader Practice
    • McGuffey, Sanders, or Baldwin Reader

Time 9:30–9:45

  • Copywork / Early Writing
    • Large print lines, short sentences

Time 9:45–10:00

  • Math (Ray’s + Numbers Stories)
    • Use games, rods, or abacus

Time 10:00–10:15

  • Movement Break / Snack
    • Walk, yoga, trampoline

Time 10:15–10:30

  • History or Native American Study
    • Use picture book history or short spine

Time 10:30–10:45

  • Science / Nature Notebook
    • Outdoor observation + drawing

Time 10:45–11:00

  • Drawing or Picture Study
    • Use Stories Pictures Tell or New Augsburg
