  • 10-Minute Breaks

Lunch Break (12:00-1:00 PM)

Afternoon Block (1:00-2:30 PM)

  • Art, Music, Nature Study, Handicrafts, Electives
  • Hands-on Group Activities

Optional Quiet Reading or Free Exploration: 2:30-3:00 PM

Format: 4-Day Week

Friday: Catch-up, field trips, hands-on projects, review games, or rest

Time Blocks: Broken into AM and PM Sessions

Core Principles:

  • Focus on narration, hands-on learning, and mastery
  • Built-in breaks and sensory supports
  • Oral, visual, and kinesthetic methods available
  • Gradual increase in independence by grade
